Marketing Solutions
To increase your brand awareness and make sales, you need to implement marketing strategies. Marketing is any activity that raises the visibility of a product or service and increases its potential for success. With all that being said, there are so many ways to get more people talking about what you have to offer – from social media posts and giveaway’s to testimonials. The key is finding what works best for you and then getting started!
Leverage Social Media for Marketing
Social media is a way for businesses to reach out and connect with their customers. You can share your company's achievements or promote new products on social channels. Social media provides the perfect opportunity to start building relationships with potential clients you'll need to succeed!
Promote Products and Services
Promotion is a method of advertising that is designed to generate public awareness and interest. It is a process of enhancing the perceived value of goods or services through personal selling, which is the transfer of information from one party to another by verbal, written, or visual means.
The benefits of using social media to sell products and services are that it offers you an incredible opportunity to communicate directly with your potential customers quickly and cost-effectively.
Social media platforms are an excellent strategy for generating leads due to their multiple options for conversion compared to other marketing channels.
Steps to promote your products and services on social media
- Start by identifying the social networks which are most popular with your target market – this could be Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
- Determine which social media platform will work best for your product or service
- Create and schedule the content you want to share so that all the content is consistent and fresh each day.
- Once published, promote the post across all your social networks to extend the reach of the content and ensure maximum engagement.
Social media is a great cost-effective marketing opportunity for your business. It's easy to see that social media marketing is a critical component of every modern company's digital strategy, and the benefits are so immense they're worth exploring (Databox.com, DIYPhotograghy.net, SocialInsider.io).
Automate Your Social Media
Social media automation is the process of using automated tools to improve your social media presence through content curation and scheduling social media posts in advance. Automation tools can help reduce the amount of time spent gathering posts last minute so you can spend more time growing your account by engaging with your audience. Still, it’s important not to rely on them too heavily, or else they'll lose their effectiveness. Some helpful automation tools include Recurpost and Later for managing multiple accounts – all available at a very affordable price point that won't break the bank!
Boost Brand Awareness
The use of social media is booming, and it's not hard to see why. The world population has shown that over 50% use one form of social media or another, which leaves the door wide open for ways you can market your company on these platforms. In fact, 71% of people who had a positive experience with brands via their favorite online networks are more likely to purchase from those companies in the future!
Benefits of promoting your social media
- Faster, Easier Communication: Communicating with your followers is easier and faster on social media, getting instant feedback from them.
- Networking & Partnerships: Social Media also can be an excellent platform for networking and partnerships. You never know who you're connected to online and what opportunities may arise from those connections!
- Boost Organic Visibility: Content created on social media is shared across multiple platforms, which will boost your website traffic and organic visibility in general.
- Increase Website Traffic: When people visit your webpage, they'll see you've been recognized by other businesses or customers, which bodes well for both first impressions (for potential customers) and retention of current business relationships.
- Customer Feedback: Social media gives you an easy way to collect customer feedback through reviews, comments, etc…and get that feedback in front of more eyes
- Impress Potential Customers: Potential customers are impressed when they come across social media presence because of it.
Social media is a great way to connect with your followers, boost visibility and drive traffic. Knowing how to use social media marketing can help you promote your blog posts, attract new readers and make more money.
Become a social media influencer in your niche by sharing all of your blog posts across multiple platforms. After all, there is no such thing as extra publicity, especially when you start a new business.
The more you can go across platforms with your marketing efforts, the more likely it is for you to rack up traffic from various sources, which will help create a more consistent and more robust client base.
Testimonials are a great way of making your audience your advertising partners. Potential customers trust testimonials much more than they will trust your own voice promoting your brand.
An increasing number of testimonials will help your audience create a deeper emotional connection with your branding.
Engage with your audience
The best part about blogging is that you get to build a community of like-minded people. When you nurture a community for your brand, you will increase customer loyalty, which can help you get more customers through word of mouth.
Engagement with your community goes beyond following. Start by responding to questions, comments, and relevant messages. Your community will know you are there to support and celebrate with them. Choose to nurture your community with authentic and on-brand engagement.
Track your email campaigns
Email tracking is the process of capturing data on open rates, times, and locations, as well as click-throughs on links and attachments. The best email trackers are ones that combine these things with a strong sense of confidence and positivity to make sure you're never missing out!
The 4 critical metrics that will help you improve your email return on investment (ROI)
• Gain meaningfully detailed insights into your email marketing and use that data to fuel adjustments to optimize ROI
• Turn measurements into action which leads your business in the right direction
• Track how well your campaigns are doing with a free tool from ConvertKit
• Monitor metrics like revenue per email, unsubscribe rates, click-through rates, and more
The bottom line is that email marketing can be an effective way to engage your customer base and keep them up-to-date on what’s happening with their favorite brands. But you need a strategy, the right tools for tracking success, and most importantly, patience.

Identify your target audience
A target audience can be defined in terms of company, location, language preference, ethnicity, and many more factors. To reach your target audience, you must first identify the habits and demographics of the audience you want to reach. Identifying the target audience for your blog allows you to create a plan of engagement and sales. Your blog’s content should be designed explicitly for the service of your target audience.
The best way to identify your target audience is by jumping on to social media platforms and identifying similar characteristics of people interested in your niche. To find your target audience join niche groups, follow campaigns and niche-related tags to group significant characteristics and behaviors within your target audience.

Only when your content stays in line with what your audience expects can you retain the old readers and create a concrete marketing strategy to attract new ones.
Apply a Pain-Agitation-Solution Strategy to Marketing
One of the tried-and-true formulas for copywriting that will help you empathize with and reassure customers is Problem, Agitate, Solution (PAS). The PAS formula helps communicate to your customer exactly what they’re feeling because it begins by articulating a problem before describing how an issue can be solved.
PAS Formula
- Pain can be defined as that which is causing a problem currently. For example, if your readers are experiencing a loss of sales due to more online competition (that is the pain).
- Agitation can be defined as that which aggravates the pain by stirring dissatisfaction, creating discontent or excitement among your prospects.
- The solution can be defined as the relief to the existing problem. Create an email, video, or blog article that addresses the pain and offers the solution to remove their pain points.
The benefits of using this kind of writing are reassurance when looking for solutions, awareness as related to their particular needs or problems from your product/service(s), relief in knowing there's hope on the horizon if one has been struggling with something long enough.
The layout of a blog post should be designed to engage the readers
A high percentage of your audience will skim over the copy for general information before reading it in its entirety. Some research found 70% of people stop reading after 3 paragraphs or fewer on average with anything else adding detail only if it is necessary to round out thoughts already expressed elsewhere. Emphasizing the top of your copy and adding less relevant information towards the end is a writing technique called “inverted pyramid.”
The inverted pyramid is a style of writing that starts with the most essential information in the beginning and then provides less relevant details as you go on. This structure allows readers to quickly understand what's going on in your story without having unnecessary facts bogging them down along the way (newbreedrevenue.com).
Strategies to engage readers
- Address the essential fact of who did what, when, where, and why in your opening statement (owl.purdue.edu).
- Add bullet points
- Humanize through storytelling
- Engage readers with the facts and intrigue of storytelling
- Showcase your expertise and knowledge through the use of powerful words
Using the inverted pyramid strategy can help writers know what to include in content for online readers. This helps avoid overlooked information and provides a format that will keep people reading until they reach critical points at the beginning of posts.
Sales and Promotional Strategies
92% of customers say better access to information (e.g., online product reviews) has changed what they expect from companies. The good news is marketers can still earn attention with the right sales promotions–especially when those deals are personalized and exclusive!
A recent report showed that 65% of customers agree to receive personalized offers, and exclusive discounts have a significant or moderate influence on their loyalty; these short-term boosts also attract new diners who were previously unaware your organization existed.
Once customers are willing to take that first step and try your product, whether, through limited trial periods, discounts, or special offers, they'll be happy with the results and be willing to repeat purchases from you.
Offering a discount is one of the best ways to make customers happy, boost sales and move stock. Not only do 77% of shoppers say discounts can influence where they shop, but almost half (48%) admit that a discount has sped up their purchasing decisions before. Discounts can be used at any point in your customer journey, such as a limited-time online offer or seasonal/holiday promotion during the purchase process on-site; alternatively, you could consider offering an alternative such as a “nothing over $20” buy-one-get-one deal (salesforce.com).
Grow your email list
Your blog is a great way to start building your email list. You can use your blog posts as freebies that give the reader something of value in exchange for their contact info. Your blog readers are also likely your online customers, so it's just good business sense to collect their emails while they're on your site.
Here are some ways you can grow your email list using blogging
- Include an opt-in box at the end of each post
- Create a lead magnet – like a PDF or checklist – for people who subscribe to receive updates from you via email
- Use social media links in the sidebar or footer of every page on your website.
- Make sure you have an “email me” link on every page too!
To summarize, even into 2021, email list building continues to come out top of the most popular and effective marketing strategies.
A personal level with customers is where email marketing is unrivaled. Curated emails are guaranteed to drive repeat business for your eCommerce website.
While it's unattainable to grow an extensive list overnight, these three tips will help you get started in building a comprehensive mailing list of subscribers (Yieldify).
Search Engine Optimization
Search engine optimization (SEO) is a process of improving your site to increase its visibility for relevant searches. Optimization will give your site better exposure and help attract prospects while increasing the likelihood that they convert into customers (searchengineland.com). To get the most out of your blog posts, you should optimize them for search engines by including relevant keywords and keyword phrases. Additionally, make sure to monitor Google Analytics to see which pages are driving traffic and sales.

Optimize your images
Optimizing web images is a process of delivering high-quality images in the proper format, dimension, size, and resolution while keeping them to optimal file size. ShortPixel reduces image quality for smaller file sizes with no noticeable decrease in quality as perceived by humans. Lack of optimization can cause images to look pixelated or grainy on screens, making them less visible and not engaging with your customers (imagekit.io & kinsta.com).
Load times are essential for user experience and SEO. The faster the site, the easier it is for users and search engines to visit (and index) a page. Images can significantly impact load time as they take up lots of space when uploaded into your website, especially if you upload an image that's bigger than needed to display said image smaller within your web page design template. Think about resizing images before uploading them onto your website! (yoast.com)

Monitor Google Analytics
Google Analytics (GA) is a free website analytics dashboard that provides you with an abundance of insights about your site and its visitors. On GA, you can see where your visitors are coming from and how they interact with the content on your site; if they met their goals or not based on the company goal you set up for them to hit; it measures everything!
With Google Analytics' help, you can identify which social media sites send back more traffic than others (socialmediaexaminer.com & blog.hootsuite.com).

Website Maintenance
Website maintenance is a task that all businesses should be taking on. Whether you are a startup company looking for success or an established business, it’s essential to keep your website up-to-date and healthy so that you can maximize the potential of this digital marketing tool. One way to ensure this happens is by ensuring every page has easy navigation from top to bottom with clear links back to other pages within site. This will make it easier for visitors (and Google!) to find what they need when visiting your website (fingerprintmarketing.com).

Develop your website with user experience in mind
Creating a user experience strategy can help your business really hit the ground running! In fact, you may be able to increase conversion rates by as much as 400% with some careful UX planning. Many different things could potentially tip off users and stop them from converting on your site- outdated plug-ins, or if they're using mobile devices, for example. With consistent monitoring of these issues, however, it's easy to identify what might need tweaking, so people will want to convert more often than not!

Website accessibility
Accessible sites present information through multiple sensory channels, such as sound and sight, and they allow for additional means of site navigation. Accessibility is an essential part of designing your site to ensure that people with disabilities can access your site.
Tips to improve site accessibility
- Site Structure: A site with content designed in a flow is easier to navigate and access
- Text Equivalents: You can differentiate where it's not appropriate for images to be used by providing text that has been translated into Braille or ASCII, which can also be helpful for visitors who are hard of hearing
- Full Keyboard Access: Providing an optimal experience for those who use keyboards as their choice of input – such as screen readers – will make the site more accessible
- Site Consistency: Ensuring consistency throughout your website will lend credibility to your brand
The accessibility of your site is paramount to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to experience all it has to offer. Be sure to consider these four principles and incorporate them into your design process for a more inclusive environment on your website.
Keep Your Website Fresh and Professional
Maintaining your website is crucial to ensuring that it remains healthy and is updated to attract new customers. The key to success for any business is consistency; make maintaining your website a priority to keep its content fresh and updated with user experience in mind. From providing accessibility features such as video captions or transcripts if needed, making sure all links work correctly on mobile devices and adding appropriate meta tags to ensure better visibility online. All these tasks are essential for keeping a healthy site that will attract new customers! (fingerprintmarketing.com)
Networking
Networking is one of the best things you can do for your business. The key to networking is making connections that have depth and meaning. The more connections you have, the more opportunities you can create for your business.
The most important thing is to be genuine and authentic. When you are genuinely interested in your connections, others will do the same for you. You can connect with other professionals and start moving in a new direction that helps to grow your business or meet new people in your field. Whether it's someone from another industry or a potential client, there are always advantages to networking with people outside of work because they may introduce new ideas and help expand what already exists.
The benefits of networking include developing deeper connections with your community and attracting more advertising networks. Specifically, if you are a business owner or a company representative, cross-promoting can be an effective way to generate more income and build interest in your company. In addition, networking people and opportunities can help to improve your business and grow your career.
Cross-Promotion
Cross-promoting is the act of promoting and sharing your blog post with other blogs that are relevant to your industry. There are many benefits to cross-promotion. These include the ability to generate more income, build interest in your company, improve your business and career, find new clients and contacts, gain a stronger relationship with bloggers or people who share your content.
You can use social media as a tool to build quality relationships. When you set up your connections and outreach, you will want to focus on the relationship-building aspect of social media rather than publicizing your business.
Nurture relationships with other bloggers
The benefits of networking include developing deeper connections with your community and attracting more advertising networks. Specifically, if you are a business owner or a company representative, cross-promoting can be an effective way to generate more income and build interest in your company. In addition, networking people and opportunities can help to improve your business and grow your career.
3 Benefits of nurturing relationships with fellow bloggers
• Remain connected with your target audience
• Expand on a social network that is specifically tailored for you
• Allow your entire network to know about what's happening in your business life
The best way to keep your target audience engaged is by establishing a connection with them. Nurturing relationships with other bloggers who have similar interests will also help you stay connected to those who see things from another perspective than yours. We hope this post has helped you understand how neuroscience sales tips can positively impact digital marketing efforts!
Join a Mastermind Group
Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support in an intimate setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you achieve success while also supporting the members with dedication as they push each other for more growth through goal-setting challenges supported by honesty.
The benefits of joining a mastermind group are the ability to generate more income, build interest in your company, improve your business and career, find new clients and contacts, and gain a stronger relationship with bloggers or people who share your content.
Blogging and Your Editorial Calendar
A blog editorial calendar is more than just a time-management tool. It helps you develop and execute your blogging strategy to work for you instead of the other way around. With an editorial calendar in place, your business will start to see new customers coming out of nowhere because they found something interesting on one of their blogs! Plus, with an editorial calendar, you'll be able to track what type of content's been published when, who wrote it (if applicable), which promotional channels were used–and most importantly: WHEN IT WAS PUBLISHED!
Keep up with trends
If you are trying to market your business through social media, you must keep up with the trends on social media so that your company or blog can be relevant. The key to optimizing against trends is staying updated and aware of what other people are saying about a specific topic or phenomenon. Simply put, it's easier to take advantage of a trend if you're in the know about what exactly is going on. An editorial calendar can help maximize this effect by giving you a place to see things that may be trending for your audience and then get ahead of them with content before those topics become popularized.

Improve your keyword research
Keyword research is a way to develop more SEO traffic by knowing what people are looking for. Keyword research is the practice of analyzing the number of times certain words or phrases are searched for through various search engines, including Google and Bing, and identifying which words or phrases might be most helpful for developing content or product titles. Keyword research is an essential step in the SEO process, as it offers a logical way to figure out what your potential audience is searching for.
Edit and Proofread
The writing process is a complex and challenging feat. It can take many different stages, tools, and techniques to create quality content that will impact your readers.
Editing
The first step in careful revision falls under editing – one critical stage among several others: creating well-written documentation or text for publication.
Revisions
The second step includes revising once more for revisions you may have missed during the initial round and making sure everything makes sense logically to readers while also being aesthetically pleasing on paper or screen. The tone should be consistent, confident, and positive.
Proofreading
Elements such as spelling errors will need correction after mistakes are found and changes made since their presence could decrease confidence levels with those who want access to what has been written for review purposes before final publishing decisions. Use Grammarly to support you with the tone, grammar, spelling, and more.

Write high-quality blog posts
Choosing to create great content is a decision that you can't afford to make. Ultimately, if your goal is to increase website traffic or leads and conversions, you must write well-researched blog posts on topics people are searching for every day.
For SEO rankings of your site to improve, Google has said they will give higher ranking results when original content about popular searches exists online. They also recently started their preference towards sites with at least 3000 words per post instead of 1000 word long articles, which may be more common among other blogs currently operating today (NeilPatel.com).

Create Evergreen Content
Have you ever wondered what the difference is between a blog post and an article? Evergreen articles are search-optimized content that stays relevant over time. If you're trying to make your writing into something more engaging, then read on!
Evergreen content can be challenging to write because it requires creativity and consistency, and attention to detail. However, suppose you want readers who will stay engaged with your message long after they've left the page or screen (and were not just looking at one quick video). In that case, this type of material might suit them better than other formats like blogs or instruction manuals which may quickly lose their relevance in today's fast-paced world where technology changes constantly. Digital natives need new information continuously, so anything static cannot engage these audiences to promote your posts.
Tips for writing evergreen content
• Save time by optimizing for SEO. On-page optimization is the best way to get your keyword ranking high on Google and other search engines, so don't forget about it! Add alt text (alternative textual descriptions of an image) or meta tags that act as a description when someone shares your content online – but be careful not to stuff keywords into these fields because you'll look spammy instead of being all-natural. Hyperlink-related evergreen articles together to rank better across multiple pages with one link back from each article page's URL field. Linking will help boost rankings, too, without some shady blackhat techniques like linking hundreds of irrelevant sites just for the sake of getting more links than others who are doing things right.
• Write content that is easy to understand and caters to beginners. Experts are not likely to be searching on broad topics, so you want your content to cater to beginners. For this type of content to remain relevant across a large and recurring audience while also catering to the needs/expectations of experts in any given field, it should always have high-quality information that is easy-to-use with minimal stress or frustration involved.
Your tone should sound confident and optimistic when expressing expert advice online; because people often find themselves quoting an authority figure instead of spending time researching rather than taking their own conclusions from scratch. Experts must remember that they can't assume everyone understands how complex jargon works (especially if they're only just getting into the topic).
- Repurpose your content. When you create a great piece of content, there are many ways to spin it and re-use your fantastic ideas in various formats. Ideas to repurpose content:
- Maintain an editorial calendar daily or weekly
- Use different visualizations for the same data set
- Create infographics with interesting angles on topics like social media usage trends by age group, geographical patterns around food consumption habits across America, or what's trending this year that millennials really want? You could also make video clips based on these visuals!
If you want to save time, your best bet is optimizing for SEO. Write content that’s easy to understand and caters to beginners. Repurpose your content, so it remains relevant and fresh even after a year of publishing. By doing this, you can take advantage of Google search engine optimization, which will help drive more traffic back to your site without doing much work at all! Evergreen articles stay relevant over time instead of topically specific pieces of writing, which may not remain popular by the end of their lifespan.
Professional Development
Professional development for bloggers is necessary to keep up with the constantly changing world of digital media and technology. If you're not staying on top of trends, chances are that others who stay informed will overtake your business because they know how to use new technologies better than you. Make sure that doesn't happen by investing time in research and self-development every day!
Mentorship
Having a mentor, or someone to guide you, is an invaluable tool for bloggers. The mentor can advise on how to succeed in your blogging business and make the most out of what you've created. Your mentor can also provide feedback and tips if you're having trouble with a specific aspect of your blog. Mentors can teach or give advice about social media marketing, SEO methods, content creation, monetization strategies, and anything else related to blogging.
Stay relevant
Bloggers must be aware of the changes happening in their industry, and what other bloggers are doing to stay relevant and give their readers something fresh to read. You want your blog content to be timely, too, so you have to make sure that you are up to speed on what is going on in all areas of your niche, not just your area of expertise.
The best thing you can do is read a lot of posts from a wide range of bloggers. Try reading three posts from each blog for starters and see how many you can read every day. You can start with three and work up to ten. It's okay if you skip a day or two, but try to get a minimum of three posts a day.
After reading what other bloggers have published, it is essential that you also post your own content on the blog. You want the readers to feel like your blog is their source for information on your topic. Spend a few minutes each day posting about your industry or your passion.
Business Administration
Every blogger needs to handle their business administration, whether outsourcing to another company or just paying freelancers from time to time. Make sure you have a system in place so you can stay productive.
Outsourcing
The best reason to outsource your blog's work is that it frees up more time for you to focus on other areas of your business. Blogging is an excellent way to reach new customers, create good relationships with potential clients, and establish yourself as an expert in your niche.
There are so many ways that you can approach finding potential bloggers to work with and many different factors you should consider when deciding on who will be suitable for your needs. There are many good reasons that you'd want to outsource your blog's content creation needs, and there are even more reasons why it makes sense to hire outsourced services.

Make Money Blogging
There are three main ways that people use their blogs for making money: affiliate marketing, ads, and product sales. Every method has its pros and cons, so it's up to the individual blogger and what they feel is best for them.
Affiliate marketing
Affiliate Marketing is a way to make money blogging by partnering with brands that offer products and services in your niche. To start, you'll need an account on the platform where you want to promote the brand's product or service. The amount of money you can make depends on what type of program you choose, but typically, paid advertising will be involved and some form of lead generation like surveys or content creation. The commission varies based on the type of program and how many sales are generated through your efforts. There are also different commissions: fixed-rate (a set percentage) or variable (based on the percentage of sales that you generate). The commission is usually paid out in a lump sum.

Advertising
Blogging can make money through advertising. Bloggers can use pay per click advertising to promote a specific ad, and when someone clicks on the ad and makes a purchase, the blogger earns a commission. Some of the top ad networks are Google AdSense, Amazon’s Associate Program, and Taboola. To get started, you will need to get a blog hosted either on a dedicated hosting site or on a dedicated WordPress site like Multiply. You will also need to invest in some type of advertisement so that more people see it. You can use Google Adsense, or you can use Amazon affiliate links to promote specific products.

The truth is, there's no one perfect way to ensure your blog stays relevant. It depends a lot on the kind of content you publish and how often you publish it.
For me, my best approach was compiling relevant posts into collections (perhaps monthly archives dedicated to themes), tagging all related topics with the keywords I think will be most beneficial for readers, then doing at least one new post per collection each month- which includes adding new tips or links.
My advice? Track social metrics and monitor when certain pages rank on Google because(though) it'll help your strategy if those pages are updated regularly. Likewise, consider how often current followers will likely return to see new content again in addition to publishing work that might attract more followers.
Successful bloggers often create a following and then monetize it with advertising revenue, affiliate marketing, or sponsored posts. To do this, they need traffic – that's, readers to come and visit their website. And how do you get traffic? In most cases, by first attracting people’s attention on popular social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram with updates about what they have written is interesting enough for people to share. That means uploading photos to go along with the blog post; posting short videos demonstrating products; reading up about trending topics so you can be seen in the replies of conversations – all little things that require time but also create fresh content which is more likely to engage readers when they return again later on.
For bloggers, one small daily ritual is to read other blogs. By reading other blogs and deriving inspiration from them, those blogs are introduced to a new audience, and their work gets seen by more significant numbers of people. This increases traffic for the blogger who did the reviewing, and so it is mutually beneficial. Additionally, there's a sense of community within blogging because they're all in this creative field together, so bloggers review each others' work on occasion not only to promote discussion but also to build relationships that might turn into future collaborations or simply to inspire one another as fellow artists.
Another tip may be going for a walk – even if it's just 10-15 minutes long – every day. It can have an enormous effect on your overall productivity. There are many other ways to perform a similar function. For example, walking helps the digestive system and improves blood flow in the body.
